NSS is a leading manufacturer and exporter of industrial fasteners, supplying companies locally and abroad. They approached me intending to obtain website traffic in Google Search results from Southern African countries and expand their customer base in that region.

I extensively researched the keywords and search terms most relevant to NSS's target audience in Southern African markets. Using this information, I optimised the campaigns to ensure the client's ads were shown to the right people at the right time.

 

 2. Ad creation and testing

 

I created various high-quality ads designed to appeal to NSS' target audience in Southern African markets. These ads were tested and optimised to ensure they drove the best possible results.

 

3. Campaign optimisation

 

I continuously monitored and optimised the campaign to improve its performance, ensuring NSS got the best possible return on their ad spend. This included optimising keywords, adjusting bid amounts, and ad copy based on performance data. 

 

 Results

 

 Through the Google Search & Display campaign, I was able to achieve the following results for NSS:

· Increased website traffic from Southern African countries by 140%

· Visitors to the site spent an average of 11 minutes browsing

· 196 new clients around Southern Africa were obtained

 

Conclusion

 

By implementing these campaigns that were focused on reaching NSS's target audience in Southern African markets and optimising the campaign over time, I significantly increased website traffic and engagement within the client's budget for the year 2023. The campaign was a success in that 196 new clients for NSS were obtained.
